Greeking Out from National Geographic Kids

CHAPTER

Narcissus and the Woodnymph

In Greek mythology, Tyreseus was a blind prophet of Apollo in Thebes. He told his parents that their son would grow old only if he didn't get to know himself. And much to her surprise, she took one look at him and immediately fell deeply in love.
