Do I Launch a Nok?

hypersonic missiles have the ability to change direction once they're launched, which balistic usually doesn't. Fuel is a hypersonic nuclear missile that nobody can stop. And then somebody on either the us. Side, the israel side, the u.K,. somewhere, has to decide, while that thing is flying through the air, in only a couple of minutes, to counter attack. It's like the person who has to make the decision, do i launch a nok? I see that one coming, i can't stop it. Do i launch noks?
