The Intact Team and the Swarm Team

An intact team, the model there is like a sports team, like a baseball team. Swarm teams are ad hoc responses to a problem set. They converge together on a problem set and try to solve it. The way that we communicate,. the way that we assume and disperse responsibility in those environments is very different from what you would do as an ER doctor or other medical professional.
