The Train Spotter by Irvine Wallach - Book Review

I think it was based on porno because Irvine Wallach has written a couple of books in the sort of train spotting universe, but this one most aligns with what we remember from the film train spotting. There's kind of a sadness to watching characters crawl back up to get back to just where they were when they were supposed to be happy. And so there's something just a little too heartbreaking about that for me. What would be safer for me or more enjoyable for me is if like one character were involved in a new story and then like, I don't mind hearing about these satellite characters, so long as it doesn't feel like a revisiting of the whole thing.
