Self-Publishing for First Time Authors

This is your first novel, and you're doing a lot of self promotion. Is it stressful? It can be really tressful at times - but i have quite a bit of support from my publisher. I grew up posting on enstrogram and face books, so this is kind of a natural extension of that. And i think the biggest mistake that people make are approaching it like it is promotion because not entirely how i see it. If you view it that way, it's actually a lot of fun, even if it's a bit stressful at times.
