i think strategy comes from assessment of the various mental models, of the various frameworks through which you could look at a situation and a story. And if you don't start with strategy first, you can have the best tactics that have nothing to do with what the bigger battle is. He ultimately wants to start his first post collegiate job, buy a home, buy a rental property, build his net worth from that starting point.
