Building a Data Culture

I think people are starting to realize and understand that their ability to be successful in the role can't be simply predicated off of, you know, making people fill out workflows and reports all day long. The most important thing for a CDO, particularly a new CDO coming in, is to get a quick win under their belts. It requires going out and talking to your peers, understanding what their issues are,. finding something that's going to demonstrate the value of data. And then once you have that, then the ball starts rolling.
