When we talk about intentions, concerns, boundaries and dreams, we're just gathering information. And so when you share your fears with each other, evenif my fear involves you, i'm not like, blaming you,. er were we agree to not take our fears personally. So it really does create this sense of what's called psychological safety. It creates a safe place where i can share my fears, and then i feel so much calmer because my fears have been witnessed.
