Having Spaces in the Church

Women with a leadership gift, or ching gifts, often have a difficult time finding menturing in the local church. There is not often a woman who is further down the line than they are that they can be mentered by. The idea of a man in leadership and a woman coming through the pipe line is 'terrifying and unthinkable' But we've been so conditioned into thinking it's all wrongits all wrong. You know, run the other way.
