A lot of managers think, well, if i spend all this time with them, then in some strange way, they're going to think, what cay? I care about them. But the reality is it's exactly the opposite. They're d value ing their employees time by wasting it. If you want people to listen to what you say, don't be available all the time. Come in, kick ass, get the fuck out.
