The Criticism of Gilmore Girls
The criticism of the show is that it's not realistic. I would say, and I would argue, that that is a stylized convention meant to convey a deeper truth. The relationships on it are just so meaty and interesting and fine and difficult that using the stylized dialogue, it's almost like a Trojan horse to get people into it. It doesn't ever seem like- It's a fresh Gilmore Girls. It is.
