Is Joe Biden a Stronger Character in This Movie Than You Think He Is in Real Life?

In the movie there are all news networks that or I would assume are meant to be CNN or maybe MSNBC and their portrayed in an exaggerated way for comic effect. When you use clips of actual Martha McCollum on Fox does that mean Fox gave you the rights to that or were you pursuing a fair use argument? Good question I believe it's fair use. Oh okay and was part of that if you use CNN and assertive fair use you perhaps thought that they would come after you legally but Fox wouldn't.
