Macron and Putin Continue to Talk to Putin and Russia

David Rothkopf: Macron has maintained contact with Putin since February. He's gotten a lot of heat for it from the more hawkish NATO members like Poland and the Baltic states, he says. But at least France and Germany are still talking to Putin and Russia; that's not something the U.S. wants them to be doing, writes Rothkopff. The Ukrainian president is looking to ban the Russian Orthodox Church because of its ties to Moscow, an analyst says.
