Do You Feel Beholden to Institutional Partners?
The institutions have their own personalities, yes. Same in terms of negotiating with them. Do they require higher returns than normal syndications? Or are they ok with lower returns since they have so much capital to deploy? Returns are all about risk. And then deals that made sense on one side don't make sense on the other side. Ri that's why ten different investors can walk in a deal, nine of em can say, this thing doesn't pencil, and one of em said, this as ill iis perfect. Tiis exactly which is fantastic.
