If you had been around at the time, you'd realize that his very superciliousness is, in fact, what was supposed to be appealing about it. And i'm not sure that it wears as well over the years as maybe some other comic characters have done. But by the same token, it took me a long time to get around to watching planes, trains and automobile, automobiles for the same reason. I thought it was from a specific period of time and a specific type of american mal cometic humour and performance that i and this all s into will farrell thought i wouldn't like.
