How to Recruit a Broken Deal Fee
Jase: Almost everything we do is highly proprietary to a specific client. So even in the case where there might be a broken deal or something falls through, it's not as if we can just repackage survey findings and replay them for different clients. You know, I would never say, oh, we just finished a diligence on this project. Let me see what I can do for you. It's got to come from the client with whom we've already worked. And to be clear, we are as transparent as possible when and where we have had prior work.
