How to Train for Long Hours

I wouldn't recommend doing too much of the two a days unless your mileage is above about 70 miles per week. Until you're getting to that level of training and fitness, there's no need typically in terms of the amount of time you're needing to spend running. And secondly, it's harder for the body to recover. So if someone, particularly if they do long hours, one of the first things I would always suggest is to try and do the run in the morning because that's when they tend to have the most control.
