Do You Believe Chris Burke?

Suffolk County Police Chief James Burke has come under fire in the last few years. In 2013, a federal probe was launched into allegations that Burke beat this man, Christopher Lobe. On January 24 of 2014, Chris pleaded guilty to third degree criminal possession of a weapon. At his sentencing, Chris made an emotional plea to the judge to believe what no one else in this situation was. That his constitutional rights had been violated by police chief James Burke and his detectives.
