The 15 Minute City in Oxford

Oxford City Council had cited the 15 minute city as an inspiration for its like grand vision of the city in 24. So they have a plan to be a 15 minute city in 2040, which is like a second in Oxford time. But for now, they're just reducing traffic, 2000 people protest this but they're worried about more than just this rule. They think this is part of a bigger plan.
