The Benefits of Low Intensity Training

There's no shortcut to building biological durability. You can't do it with just about three days a week or of high intensity for 30 minutes. That makes you biologically fragile in a way because it won't take very much to tweak your system and put you out of play when you don't have that base training. I think so many recreationals are scared of not training hard enough. What they need to be thinking about is training easy enough and long enough in the low intensity sessions to build that biological durability.
