Culture is one of those things that any first-time founder should think about. Culture is basically the behaviors that you accept and the behaviors thatYou tolerate within your business. And so when you start to look at this in a very practical lens, you start to realize that a lot of us are really bad at culture.

Culture at a startup is always tricky, but there’s one common mistake founders should avoid at all costs. It’s the desire to make everyone happy all the time.
