Research indicates that if we for example watch a video of a task that we've never done before and try to imagine the feeling in synchrony. We might actually have to use a bit of visual imagery at the same time to do that so what we would see there is that we are activating more regions of the brain essentially. This could be by integrating and having a very similar model or even the actual person who we're working with as the model in the videos. They can draw from long-term memory of how this felt when I did this, it's a much easier kind of process for them to simulate this experience.
