Do You Have a Low HDL Cholesterol?

The triglyceride HCLC ratio is a faulty metric. You can't use any ratio that includes it, especially in the denominator. There are therapies that raise HDL cholesterol and have not been associated with cardio protection or even cause toxicity. Anybody should be looking at keto people. Oh, well my ratio got better because trigs went down and HCL cholesterol went up. Of course, they're able to go through the roof.
