The first step in getting hold of medical mariwana is to have a qualifying health condition. Qualifying conditions vary from state to state, with some liberal and others conservative. There's also other barriers, for example, federal health care facilities. Because mariana is prohibited federally, they are not able to engage with mariana as a medical product because they are a federal facility.
