The idea that like you need the common cards to be limited so that people have the same kind of base and that you have these general purpose cards. But then yeah, the weird, the Mavericks weird rare cards, potentially he's a procedurally generated rare cards someday. So that's just such a smart solution using rarity to navigate that balance. I really thought there was way more complexity in the way these decks are generated.
