The Prospects for Stability in the DRC
Because of the mineral wealth here in the DRC, do you see the country becoming a major pressure point for larger geopolitical players? And that the Congo might start factoring into these countries' strategic equations. Do you think the DRC will forever remain and after the look of these players until the point when it's probably too late? Looking out 10 years' time, there are probably, I'd say, three factors that we should keep an eye on to best judge the trajectory of stability and prominence in the Congo. Most importantly, is the trajectory of the relationship between Rwanda and Uganda.
