Tether and Treasuries - What's the Year's Timeline?

Tether has unloaded all of their commercial paper and swapped it for Treasuries. If the US Treasury market goes bunk, that means dollar goes bunk as well. Tether would go bunk by extension because people wouldn't really be using the stable quick. Bitcoin dropped to like 18.1 thousand dollars but shot back up through the day.
