Rebcca didn’t have a rock bottom moment, she more so realised that she was no longer able to have just one drink.

Rebecca’s life has improved in countless ways since she joined One Year No Beer and stopped drinking. She gets better sleep, has less anxiety, and she even found time to write a book. Rebecca feels that choosing to stop drinking was the best decision she could have made to get through the pandemic and be able to help others in her role as a mental health clinician.
