How Effective Is Pard Discussion in Teaching?

Pair bounce is an idea of posing a question, and then balancing that question on to somebody else. Pard discussion gives pupils confidence in sharing their answer with others. It's more effective than col calling or asking for 30 seconds' thinking time. And pond bounce involves the whole class not just one pair.
