I Can't Afford the Five Dollars a Day, Right?

The more low income someone is, the less likely they are to have technology or be banked. We want to serve people who could never afford even a dollar for a ride. A couple bucks a day adds up over a month. It's kind of a mind blowing thing. If you're of an income level where, like, you pretty regularly go to star bucks, you don't think about the couple dollars.
