The Importance of Acceptance in Writing

I tend to be very like strong about removing hyphens from most, I guess, prefixes which I consider productive. But within my team, I'm sort of deciding whether the way that they are writing in some minor sort of insignificant ways is okay. So lots of sort of little decision making power and things like that. And yeah, definitely something important to remember for con welding as well and con langing to. Yeah.
