Are You a Fan of Bonding Sessions?

i like bonding sessions, but i think they need to be done sensitively. If we choose something that half the team love, and then some people are sort of stood there going, while, this isn't really what i wanted. There can be alternatives such as playing a board game at lunch. And so it means that people who need to rush home after school, you know, hafter work to get kids from school or that kind of thing is included. People who don't drink are included. It's in sort of, at work, so than it feels like an extra nice treat - which some people object to.
