Are You Anti-Diet or What Are Your Life Values?

I think it's really easy to assume that you are anti diet from kind of things that you would talk about online but I am pretty sure that you spoke about this quite recently. Who might be unsuitable to go towards a fat loss goal who may you kind of potentially not recommend that they should pursue that? It can take time for people to even get to that point where they're like oh yeah I think you're correct or if I feel like they're already very petite or they're very small and I don't want them to lose weight.
