Are You a Neurodivergent?
Getting a job or interviewing is very much like dating. There's a lot of investment from either side and the most effective thing I've found is filtering early. disclosing that, hey, I am neurodivergent, how does your team cater for this? Are you going to be able to accommodate some of the things that I need in my day to day? That can be a good sign as to whether or not you would fit on that team. If they don't respond well then it kind of gives you a sign of whether or not that's the place for you.
