The Importance of Collaboration in Television

There's six or seven conglomerates that control literally everything they own. And so the mandates of these six to seven people trickle down into every single network just said in a different way, whether it's television or films. As a producer, you know my job is to tell that story the right way, but I have to tell it in a way that trickling all the way up to one of these six or seven people. It's okay with them. They're not really even usually the gonna hate me for saying this but they're not really necessarily been listening.
