Russia and Syria Kill 20 in Anti-Isis Operation

The intercept very recently reported that there are US special operations forces in Ukraine. It's not really a surprise but I haven't seen it reported anywhere else. CIA operatives are also on the ground in Ukraine and again, we don't know what they're doing. So this has been going on for a long time. But all right, so the next one we got here, Russia and Syria killed 20 in anti-ISIS operation.
