The author has written a book about how to get out of the victim culturer like mine. She says there are things you can do to create an environment where people don't trigger each other constantly. Her advice: Write social medisms that make it more open, expansive and conscious. But she also warns against putting too much faith in "conscious leadership" for new companies.
