i fear this ay be an unreported, osurtly under reported trend around the country. Just do a a search for trafpic fatalities and swimming accidents on the beaches. Do we have a way to stop it? I'd just stay away from that crap. There are glimmers of truth about all the kinds of financial control grids and the inside or outsider game that we talk about all the time.
