DoD's Black Box

Weighgar: I'm starting to believe the device is just a box of Palo Alto air. The DOD contingent pressed for more information on how the black box that looked like a big desktop computer tower even worked. Weighgar asked what was inside the cartridge beside the blood sample. And so when it got to me, pulled my Swiss Army knife out and started to cut it apart because, you know, I'm curious.
