The Importance of Conflict Resolution Training

While in graduate school, I did a lot of conflict resolution training. In 2003 with some colleagues set up a small consulting firm. My first big break was doing conflict resolution work for the United Nations all over the world. So that was where I really got my break and, you know, I really cut my teeth as a professional.
