Introduction
We have someone who was on british airways 38, which was episode eight of black box down. Christen ir: The engines did not respond to the call for increased throttle by the pilot. There was some slushy ice in the a fuel oil heat exchanger that gummed it up and restricted fuel flow to the engines. And the plane a had a rough landing just just short of the runway.
