A Black Hole or Not?

Black hole observations are always a little bit indirect, because you can't actually tell if there's an event orizin there. There are other ideas for what could be that dense and that gravitationally powerful. We're doing everything we can to try to understand what's out there in the universe from this tiny, little rock floating out in space.
