The End Game of Eating Good Food

I think my end game is that all of those things can be true. I want people to see that everything Regardless of where you're from or what you're eating everybody sort of wants to eat the same thing Right We all want to eat something delicious That techniques available to us whether it's fermentation or baking or frying grilling whatever It's all there when you really think about it There while there's different ways of cooking what we find to be delicious or relatively universal And that's what I always like to do that venn diagram of something where people are eating something and they're like I don't know what it is, but it's really delicious and it's familiar to me.
