Red and White Ball Coach - Is That a Good Idea?

The new England coach will be announced on Monday. Dasee gets a sense of he's very prepared to send himself up. But i mean, we all just want him to do well. In terms of the stuff that he said in his columns and his commentary, he has talked about the fact that he wants a separate red ball coach, nut and a white ball coach, and potentially bring back a chairman of selectors. I think it makes complete sense to have a red and a white Ball Coach. So yet, i don't see a problem wih it.
