Starlink Services Now Active in Ukraine, More Terminals in Route?

Elon Musk said up this thing called Starlink, which is a series of internet satellites that basically created its own like internet service provider. Now again, this seems like it could just be a PR stunt. Like he's just taking advantage of the fact that this is happening just like he has before with the Thai cave rescue thing where he wanted to send the submarine. And apparently he did a similar thing with Tonga on January 20th for some reason.
