The Mavis operating system that we're building right now is meant to manage supply demand much more dynamically. Being able to spread out appointments so there's more space available for walk-in customers and for the people who are more flexible, they can come at a different time. Then once the person's dropped off their car, being able to tell them, your car is ready in 10 minutes. Your car isready in 30 minutes so that they know exactly what's happening.
