There are cultural implications around talking openly about how much one gets paid. How do you navigate that problem? Particularly when we all know that it's not appropriate for one's manager to talk to one about, like, one's colleagues. That's an awkward conversation that we haven't learned how to have effectively in the workplace yet. It's a societyl norm.
