The Importance of Personal Responsibility in the Face of Pornography
Pornography is a personal sin in that sense but it also has corporate effects. I was very encouraged about how you kind of reframe this especially in a theological context. You focus the book on six letters, letters to your sons speaking to them directly as an older saint. No one is helped by being scolded and shamed and belittled and coerced into behavior modification. The gospel has been transforming people's personal character and renewing societies for 2,000 years. And when we believe that, when that becomes the central conviction in our perception of reality, we start getting free.
