The Importance of Type Two Discrimination

The places where type two discrimination survives the longest are A, government-sponsored monopolies and B, non-competitive markets. The capitalist understanding is that services are fungible, but human beings are not fungible. And another reason I want to quickly explain why we can have disparate statistics by race, but it has nothing to do with race. It's just that at the course level of granularity that government gets those things doesn't tend to be very useful.
