How to Build Feedback Loops Safely and Effectively

Almost all of my customers ignore the feedback loops. This is such a common mistake that they call me in and say, you know, what do you think about our process? How do you like it? And I say, yeah, well, your downstream direction looks really nice. But where are the feedback loops? They kind of look like a kid caught with a hand in the cookie jar because they know they should have all of this. It's like, we're thinking about setting up a CI system or something. It's crucial. So to that point, my advice would be, as you are building some new aspect of your process, build feedback loops at the same time.
